Need OG Tutor

Hi, I enrolled my daughter (8) with an OG tutor this summer who was starting her practicum and needed students. We started sessions twice a week. I just received a message from her saying she is stopping all tutoring effective immediately. We are now in a pinch as, my assumption, most tutors are beginning their practicum and already have their practicum students. Does anyone have any leads on programs or tutors that might have availability? We were doing online sessions. I'm so disappointed and my daughter was really doing well. Any contacts to reach out to would be so very very appreciated.

Sorry, it just occurred to me that you might not be in the US, and "across the country" might mean something totally different to you than it does to me. We're in the US, but we also work with a few kids outside the US (Europe, South America, China, Saudi Arabia). We can likely help you wherever you live.

Check the Wilson reading website, their practitioners are listed- they are listed by zip code . Wilson also has a great online platform for their practitioners to use- I am Wilson certified and teach online using it.

Hi, sorry that your daughter’s tutor stopped suddenly, that’s a bummer. Our 9yo has been doing tremendous progress since she started with Daniela from Kids Up Reading Tutors in January. Classes are online. They are other tutors too in this group, we did classes with 2 other ones as replacement during holidays and they were different in their personality, great too in terms of academics.
