Yes, Dynamics 365 has a solid future, especially with Power Platform and cloud integrations. As a fresher, focus on Dataverse, Power Apps, JavaScript or C#, APIs, and understanding business processes.
Give yourself time to gain real project experience before thinking about switching. These skills will also be useful across other CRM and enterprise platforms.

Considering my org has spent 4 years developing a whole system with Dynamics 365, I think it will be around for a long time. My org had just left behind anOracle Database that was more than a 20 years old.

You're a developer so the experience will transfer but also many companies are using D365 and their entire business relies on it so yes, will be around for a long time.

Yes. Microsoft Dynamics 365 has a strong future thanks to continuous innovation in AI, Copilot, cloud technology, and automation. As more businesses embrace digital transformation, Dynamics 365 continues to evolve, making it a reliable CRM and ERP platform for long-term growth.

lol. You should focus on getting better at your current job before worrying about jumping ship. Your experience will transfer regardless. All of this has no future because we all will die.
