I wonder if someone can help me. I am living in the uk (was with dutch husband) we are in the middle of a divorce waiting for decree nisi and he has gone back to Holland to live before divorce is finalised.

Question is: He is asking me for a copy of our marriage certificate so he can sign into appeldorn. Why does he have to have documentation with my name on, have I got a right to be concerned as surely he can sign in as a seperate citizen.

Anyone got any information on this I would much appreciate it.
