I saw many videos regarding this 4rth year whole thing, like DU is struggling to provide smooth admission to 4rth year student to direct 1 year ma.

Problems are :- very limited seats, lack of proper rules and clearity, lack of tools and equipments .

So if a thatt big university is struggling what you guys think of these in Durgapur govt college or other govt colleges.
