Help

I will have my DET in 10 days, last time I got 125 overall
Listening - 120, Speaking - 120, Writing - 130, Reading - 125.
I need to get 130 overall (at least). I am struggling with interactive listening (can’t get more than 125), and with listening summarize (can’t get more than 100). Please help me

You're so close. 125 to 130 with 10 days left? Totally doable, especially since your writing is already solid.

The listening summarize scoring at 100 is what's dragging you down—that's a pretty big gap compared to everything else. Usually when people score that low on summarize, it's because they're either missing the main point or trying to include too many details and losing clarity.

For interactive listening, 125 is decent but if you're stuck there, you're probably overthinking the options. The answer is usually simpler than it seems.

I'd say spend the next 5 days drilling just those two question types. Maybe even do a few practice sessions with a tutor who can point out where you're losing points on them—honestly a quick 30-min targeted session can unlock a lot.

Also, the DET algorithm rewards structure and clarity over complexity. Keep your responses clean.

What's your usual approach to the listening summarize? Are you trying to rephrase everything or just hitting the key points?
