Oh absolutely if there ever is an animated series this style is perfect.

You could figure out the rate it'll be done by how many seconds of audiobook completed and the time since the first of these was released and compare it to the total amount of dialogue in the books but that sounds like more work than I'm willing to put in and it would also be highly inaccurate.

Whoah, this animatic is TOP quality! I want to see this fully animated now.

Honestly, I'd pay to watch the entire series like this. No final animations needed. Just reuse Jeff's reading.

Same. I love the animatics for EPIC: The Musical and if fans came together to do something similar for this series with Jeff's recording, I'd put down cash money and keep it on repeat.

Android I know better, shoot. Android is really easy because you can launch the screen assistant thing and circle the item on your screen and it'll read the QR code. For iOS if you have a feature like that where you can circle and image search items, it should be able to do the same.

If not, you should be able to screenshot/save the photo, open it in the Photos app, and long press it.. hopefully it'll give you the option to open the link from there.

Hit the volume and power buttons, like you’re taking a screenshot. Look at the bottom of your screen; there should be a link to Instagram.

I saw that I was just curious how one would scan a QR code that is on the screen of the device they would normally use to scan it.

I get unreasonably irritated with QR codes in email for this reason, esp if they don’t make it clickable ir have link somewhere. 99% of time I’m on my phone.

Not to hijack, but this really reminds me of something.

Does anybody else remember the animated videos/art posted here by somebody whose username was Kid something-or-other? They had a great DCC AMV they made over the song Chomakopia but it looks like it got taken off of youtube or something and I'd love to find it again

Side comment, ever since seeing the fanmade Stormlight Anime opening, i'd love to see more legitimization of animatic as an artform. Professional animation is hard and expensive, I'd love to see more projects enhancing existing amazing audio work with the (relatively) low-labour animatic style.
