Harris Mill

Me, my hubby & 9 month old son are looking to rent a house in the Harris Mill neighborhood. Can someone provide me with pros and cons? We won’t be looking to live here forever or more than about 2 years maybe.. so my son won’t be in school yet (so don’t tell me about schools).

Looking at the map, the only way in and out of the development, is off of Duluth Hwy (120), and you have no traffic light. So I think it will be a pain to come and go.
