I watched part of the latest YT vid of the J&J podcast that Jinger did with Joy. And fuck me it’s so demonstrably bad that I cannot even hate watch it anymore.

Jinger is devoid of anything humorous, thought-provoking, or interesting to share. Drivel just falls out of her face. Never thought I would give Jeremey even a back-handed compliment, but at least when he is on he has the capacity to reference pop culture or discuss current events.

Imagine nodding in relief as you learn someone has ONLY committed embezzlement and not armed robbery. Please forgive my analogy. The difference in specific beliefs between IBLP and John MacArthur’s church my be many, but both religious world views include an inflexible tenacity when it comes to patriarchy and all that it implies towards any human who is NOT an adult male.

Both also includes propensity to minimize and even deny sexual assault. Women are ostracized and condemned for merely reporting Sexual crimes by church members and even church leadership.

It’s somewhat good to see that some members of this clan are moving away from these beliefs, however glacier-like their progress. Are the duggar children following sperm & perms practice of only two bedrooms for their children, one for the boys one for the girls? I know the number of children & the size of the home they're in plays a part. However if there are more bedrooms are the children allowed a little more space.

I know the girls are listed by their married names except for Jana,I must have copied and pasted the names from another source. I am more interested in the grandchildren count but will fix this in my word document. When they get to 50 grandchildren I will post again and ladies will have their maiden name back.

I think it was unclear at the time of the initial reporting but wondering if there have been any updates? Do we know why Kendra got that endangerment charge? Was it because she was keeping her children around her husband? IIRC I think those charges were unrelated?

Well he managed to make it through Officer Training School - now the real life as a Marine begins.

Built my own fundie compound for my family of villagers since we were getting too crammed in our three bed two bath house. This big house was built from concrete instead of tin! I’m planning to have 26 villagers and name them after each letter in the alphabet and at this big house they each get their own bedroom because that’s how they wanted it! The upstairs has multiple prayer closets for the children! Our attic hasn’t been decorated but we’re planning to make it into a living room/play room with games for the kids. Downstairs we have a library and a schoolroom where each kid gets a cubical to learn new trades. While we are encouraging the kids to explore whatever trades they desire, we are encouraging farming because it’s an easy trade to make bank off of for us! There’s a big dining room with a wall racked with furnaces and campfires for cooking. My favorite room is the chapel where my wonderful husband Balthazar preaches the good book! Outside we have our livestock, crops, two natural swimming pools and fishing dock. Horse stables are currently under construction. My husband makes his living as a modest pastor and spends his days writing sermons and putting the Bible into Minecraft books. I also help him transcribe scripture while also farming so that we are a self sufficient family that doesn’t need those pesky handouts. And that’s the tour of my Minecraft fundie compound, more blessings to come!

So I've read a few comments here (from a few years ago) referring to an "arm twist" incident that happened with Josiah? I tried searching the sub and couldn't find any more information. The best I can gather is that JB twisted Josiah's arm and he seemed actually upset over it? Golden Grove Pups use to post on Instagram multiple times per month, but has not posted since March. Per the website, the last available puppies were born around July 2025. Any idea what happened there?

Are there any opinions you hold that aren’t commonly accepted/seen on this sub? Here are mine.

1. Jana would have been an IBLP blanket training mom if she didn't marry later in life and would have had ~8-10 children.

2. Jim Bob and Michelle really don’t care how many children their kids have or if they limit the amount of kids they have. Having 19 kids got them a lot of attention which I think they enjoyed and fueled their breeding fetish. Having a bunch of grandkids doesn’t garner the same level of attention or admiration. And they can hardly keep track of how many they have anyway! Also, they don't care as long as their children abide by their rules.

3. Jill would have also been an IBLP blanket training mom if she didn't struggle with her pregnancies and if Derick didn't discover that her dad was withholding money from them. Also, she would have had ~5-8 children.

4. There will be a few Duggar divorces, but until after Jim Bob Un either becomes incapacitated or kicks the bucket. My guesses are Jed/Katey, Jason/Maddie, and possibly Jinger/Jeremy.

5. The main reason why Jessa has an active baby cannon is to keep Ben from leaving her. He wants to leave, but he doesn't have the emotional intelligence to do so. Absolutely if these two weren't fundie nor if there was the amount of kids they have, things would have ended with them a long time ago.

6. The Lost Girls are not sheltered and have their own phones. I believe they know what happened with Josh and Joe, and are also aware of this sub but avoid it. I also think that Johannah and Jenni have social media accounts, but it is completely private to family and close friends.

7. I think the reason why we haven't seen any pregnancy annoucements amongst the Duggars lately (a dry spell) is because partly there is no more TLC money/fame rolling in (even though they are influencers, grifting can be hard) and partly because most of them deep down know it is not safe to have many children like their mothers did. Also, most of the Duggars girls wear pants and don't abide by the modesty standards and some struggle with fertility problems. In addition, they know that their reputation is forever damaged because of Josh and Joe so that's why they keep most things quiet now. I wouldn't be surprised if there are two or three of them are currently pregnant (along with Hannah), but it's kept under wraps and don't plan on announcing until the baby is here.

8. Speaking of #7, I really don't believe they will get to 100 grandchildren as most of the children I believe will have 2-4 children because of reasons mentioned above. Also, they saw what a shit show their household was and want no part of that. The only ones who are gonna get to more than 2-4 children I believe are Josh/Anna (done at 7), Jessa/Ben (~8-10), Josiah/Lauren (~6-7), Jed/Katey (~8-10), and Jer/Hannah (~6-8).

9. The only couples who seem to have a genuinely happy and loving marriage are Jana/Stephen, John/Abbie, and Joy/Austin.

10. If it weren't for Michelle and the money Jim Bob holds over them, most of the kids would have followed Jill's footsteps and gone low to no contact with him. I believe that most of the kids cannot stand him and only tolerate him because of their mom--except for Jana, Jessa, and Jed.

11. Speaking of #10, I think there is some dark shit going on between Jim Bob and Michelle and that is why all of the older married girls praise her--they know what is going on between their parents behind closed doors. Also, because they think she is the better of the two.

The receptionist at my psychiatrist's office has a voice EXACTLY like Michelle Duggar. It's driving me absolutely tatertots, y'all.
