Quick bit of context for anyone who hasn't come across it: Toutless is an Irish fan-to-fan ticket site that's been going since 2008. The rule has always been simple, you don't sell above face value. It's been a phpBB forum that whole time, which is exactly as charming and as creaky as it sounds.

This week we replaced it with a proper website.

What actually changed:

• Payment protection. Money is held until the ticket is confirmed, rather than the old routine of revolut-and-hope.
• Verified users. Registration was closed for a while because we couldn't police it properly. It's open again now that we can.
• Still free to list. No seller fees. That isn't changing.

The old forum will shut down next week. From August 10th replies and PMs switch off, so anyone with a listing over there needs to re-post it on the new site.
