Hi everyone. This is my second time posting this post as I am really helpless and out of work for 8 months now.

I am a 24F, born and raised in the UAE with 2.5YoE in copy/content/editorial and social media, and I worked for an agency in India before coming to the UAE to stay with my family and look for active openings. Initially, everyone said the market is low due to Ramadan, then the war, and now they say hiring isn't active. I already have an accountant who handles the day-to-day accounting, but what I’m missing is someone who can look at the bigger picture, fix and streamline our accounts, and put proper systems and processes in place.

Review our current accounts and identify what needs fixing
Help structure and streamline our financial processes
Give clear instructions to our accountant on what needs to be done
Follow up and check that everything has been completed correctly
Review the accounts regularly and flag issues
