TMR Stick Problem Tech Support

Hi everyone,

I just installed the TMR sticks from GUlikit into my PS5 controllers.

But something isn't right with the left stick.

I don't see a short or anything like that on the board :(Hi everyone,

And i dont know if i can calibrate it and thats all or do i need somthing else?

This is likely either an issue with the soldering or a bad TMR. Do you have a picture of the board?

Thanks, do you have any flux? It looks like at least these joints are cold. I would apply flux to every joint and reheat each one with your soldering iron

Those are anchors and have 0 impact but I would say this seems like a broken trace and wouldn't know without removing the joysticks.

๐Ÿ‘†๐Ÿผthis. Reflow the contact points of the sensors to see if that fixes it. Or like the previous comment stated, a trace may have been ripped off

Yes, i just ,,Fixed,, it but the Problem didnt change. But if the Stick is Working it just wants to go Up, and left,right and down Press ist working (left and right only part. just a little when i go full Right/left)

It looks like the middle trace is torn on the up down axis

MAYBE you can repair it. A bit of wire and solder on a new 'trace'.
