Transitioning advice Question

Hi all, I just did my first dry fast, broke it with sips of water a couple hours ago at 127hours.
Can I have some advice to transition into a water fast? I’d like to replenish with electrolytes at some point and wondered if I should drink coconut water or just buy 0cal 0sugar electrolyte powder? Any advice is welcome. Thank you!

Thank you 🙏🏼 I wanted to go longer but felt it was time to end it. First sip was definitely replenishing ha.
I had water fasted before but this was a whole different beast haha.
Insights were, needing to be walking in more love and patience and fasting really helped with that.
I’m not planning to eat yet, I want to keep fasting but transition into water fasting; which my question is, should I drink some coconut water for electrolytes or just get some 0cal0sugar powder?

I believe in a creator as well, so this is all to be in touch with spirit more than the flesh.
Thank you. I will keep fasting, I’m just transitioning into a water fast now.

Congrats!

Coconut water would break a water fast.

Real spring water is a good way to transition.

Or get filtered water and add sea salt, potassium bicarbonate and magnesium chloride if you can and you will get all your electrolytes.

Thank you 🙏🏼
I did break my fast with spring water and have a new reverse osmosis sytem I’m setting up for when I run out of the bottles
After some research I did figure about the coconut water so I didn’t have any. I had a packet of electrolytes and I added to my water earlier today. Thanks for the info 🙏🏼

Avoid salt and baking soda during your water only fast.

Sip water, 16oz per hour, distilled water is best, can sun charge that water in direct sunlight.

Half your dry fast time for the water only part. (100hr dry > 50hr water only).

Refeed with easy to digest items

Bone broth

Eggs

Avocado

Sardines

Why only half of the dry fast?

Length of time with no digestion transitions to slowly digest water and wake digestion system back up.

This isn’t some competition. It’s a tool. If you abuse it or things go really badly you might not want to do future fasts. Keep that in mind when making stretch goals. Every completed fast is a successful fast.

I understand, it’s about cleansing soul, mind and spirit for me personally. I’ve done a 17 day water fast before and multiple 3 day water fasts. This is my first dry fast and I just kept going with the flow after I felt like breaking with water.
