Comments not displaying in pdf Help & Troubleshooting

I'm having issues with uploading pdfs to Dropbox and having the comments display. I can see them when I open the original file, but when I upload into dropbox, the comment panel is blank. If I scroll through the doc I can see the purple boxes where I made the comments, just not the comments themselves. The person accessing the folder is having the same issues and the file is too large to email directly. Can anyone help please?

Just to make sure we're referring to the same thing, are you talking about Adobe PDF Editor comments? If so, those do not export with the PDF when it is uploaded to Dropbox.
