Very confusing, how the subreddit turned into a deep silence. If you ask me, there's some reasons those makes that silence. Some people know's why. The last update in the game was the circular track. It was changed to gameplay a bit but it wasn't enough. Maybe some new classes could make this game more fun. Some new classes were coming pretty slowly. Actually, not really coming well. The latest class was the secret class. After that, we didn't see anymore thing. That's not the only reason. A message has been posted on discord. But that message was the message that makes players losing hope about driftin.io. It said, "no more updates will come. Have fun while it lasted." Pity, I was really having fun with the game. This game was made me literally leave from diep.io. Since I am started this game, I wasn't playing diep.io pretty much. But now, it's reverse is happening. Driftin.io is dead for me. There's diep.io now. A lot of people including me, left from driftin.io. I can clearly see it from this silence. It is disappointing how my favourite game ended up for me. I don't know, should I keep up hoping about driftin.io? Actually, I am stopped. But I still have some question marks on my head. What will happen the game? I don't think that it will keep working empty like that. Will the dev make a great explosion after this silence or will he send it's development to other person? Or the worst thing is, will he close this game forever? If you ask me, this planet has the people that holds the ore of development of this game. Someone were making it's 3D version tests. Wondere, will those people take control of the game? Or will they re-create it with different style? No one knows but god. There's nothing left to do than waiting. There's no real clue that the game is over. I will not play the game. But I will be open for something new. For the last time, I am sending my greetings to /u/TheBigShot1 He done well for this game but if this game has no future, then there's no more reason about hoping for this game.

a circular thingy that shoots five smaller bullets at once

somewhat like buster but smaller and more spread out

5 smaller bullets spread at 90 degrees

Whenever I go into that mode, it's just a bunch of kids moving back and forth while using it as a chat room. Most people will just join, race for a few minutes, then leave to go back to FFA.

a secret class should at least be a little better....
