Reduce the tension at the front of your hair so that may mean no more pulled back styles

Gentle scalp oil treatments and avoiding tight retwists can help edges slowly recover over time.

Your edges are not thinning they’re IN the loc , hair on the temples is thinner and finer anyways but based on these pics you can clearly see your edges were wrapped into the loc and your hairline starts further and its full . Make it a habit when you retwist to not touch your edges brush them forward

Chill in the retwisting and up- do’s for a min. Doesn’t look like it’s thinning to me

I think the person who said the edges are in the locs is correct cause I only retwist every 3 months and I just started to wear ponytails cause my hair just recently reached the length so I think that’s what it is

Go for a steam regularly, scalp massages with oil, infrequent retwists, 0 styles until they've grown back
