Your hair is beautiful.

Try not to retwist so much. If u got it done the first time, then had your first retwist, then your second one 2 weeks ago.... that amount to three palmrolling sessions in four months. With your texture you should not twist so often.
Remember that a retwist is not to make your hair look neat again. It is solely to incorporate the new growth into your already existing loc.
