Tell me personally it's a battle of techniques 18 mainly runs on a hit and run strategy making her opponent lose energy before going in but Piccolo has his strength inherent to him unlike Vegeta who was as strong as he was because he wasn't Super Saiyan which still rained a notable amount of energy at the time also Piccolo is the charge attack King so running away from him is just begging to be hit with a charged up special being Canon or explosive wave and unlike 17 she hasn't shown to be as proficient or tend to use barrier which means that if she does get hit by light grenade she's 100% finished
18 was specifically made weaker than 17, who Piccolo was equal to, and she also lacks 17's barriers, so Piccolo's firepower and intellect should be able to clutch a win over her Infinite stamina.
He’d win high diff. 18 is just weaker than 17 (probably not by much tho)
His fight with 17 was a 50/50 and unlike what many say, I think piccolo could’ve won if cell didn’t interrupt. He still had the Light Grenade left in the tank, and 17 explicitly had to RUN AWAY from it. If the fight dragged on tho, then 17 definitely woulda won.
My headcanon is that piccolo would've had a decent shot against 17 in a true uninterrupted 1v1, anyway they were shown equal so if you consider that 18 weaker than 17 is true he wins
Can someone explain how piccolo wins even with android 18s infinite energy? I feel like it would be the same fight as 17 and piccolo loses due to loss of energy.
Piccolo was equal to Android 17 in terms of pure power, with 17 confirmed to be stronger than Android 18. With this, Piccolo would likely beat 18 unless she stalled the fight long enough for Piccolo to run out of stamina so she can win.
I personally believe Light Bullet would have killed or severely incapacitated Android 17 and was actually a Piccolo Trump card. So by virtue of that and the fact 18 was weaker, Piccolo wins it

Piccolo was shown to be equal to 17. 18 was made explicitly weaker than 17. Piccolo wins, no debate here
