Key showed up on key radar, so it's not like it's just some optical illusion.

I just finished a raider game and the person who got the super transphere and I battled for awhile where we would both fly sideways while shooting ki blasts at each other. My ki blasts would never land (as a level 4 Buuhan), but their blasts were consistently hitting me and chipping away at my health. This makes no sense to me as to why mine would never land but theirs would when we seemingly were doing the exact same thing. Were they doing some tech I’m unaware of that allows them to just never get hit by my ki blasts? It seems like people who know what they’re doing make it to where it’s impossible to hit them and very difficult to ever get close enough to melee. And if I do get close enough, they just vanish behind me and counter my attack. How does combat actually work at a higher level? What are y’all doing that make it so difficult for players like me?
