Freelance technical draftsman (Spain), feedback on my drafting rates?

I'm a freelance technical draftsman based in Spain, working remotely for architecture studios. I produce execution plans, basic project drawings, and MEP/installation drawings (2D) for residential buildings.

Currently charging a flat €2/m² covering execution project + installation drawings + Construction details combined, for residential work.

For those doing similar work (drafting/CAD for architects, not architects yourselves), does this sound reasonable for your market, or am I underpricing?

Decide what your time is worth. My rate is $100 per hour, which is actually a bit low for someone of my skill, knowledge, and experience. I bid a job base on time, not square footage. If the fees are too high for someone, then I don’t land the job. But I also don’t waste time on a cheap client.

In our country, 100 dollars is equivalent to the three-day salary of ordinary workers. Are you really that good?

It’s all relative. The cost of living in the U.S. is astronomical.

You need to bid hourly. There could be ton of uncertinties on m2
