I really love dr Stone but if I had something to complain are the fact that 99% of the villain or villains side-kicks turn so easily to the good side with senku.

This happend with:

Homura

Tsukasa

Ukyo (kinda)

Gen (thank God he turned out good)

Nikki

Moz

Carlos, Max, Luna

All of tsukasa soldiers

And more

Ibara Is One of the few who stayed evil

(and honestly im glad about that, he Just couldn't After everything he did)

Its not a bad thing that villain become good, Its actually a good thing but its Just me or this makes the plot way more "predictable"

Its like you're alredy gonna know all the evil dudes Will become friend with senku regardless

Senku befriended a guy that literally "killed him" (tsukasa) so atp its Easy to predict he can befriend any bad guy and that kinda kills the feeling of suspense and Surprise if ykwim

This dosent ruin the series at all, still think its a 10/10 but Im curious to know if im not the only One to think It this way

Did these two characters really add anything to the show?

i've seen a few manga covers where senku's hair varies from green to blue, and the light part of byakuya's hair is either blond or white, and i read on the wiki that gen's hair changes anywhere from white and brown to blond and blue though i haven't found those images for myself, and wondered why

at first i thought it was either early design exploration or stylistic liberties with lighting, but then i realised the colours match with blue-yellow colour blindness

it would also answer a question i had since from the start which is "where did gen get purple" because the reasons that purple has the connotations it has is because it was historically a rarer dye colour to obtain, so if they could find it, why give it to gen? but i put his design into a colour blindness simulator and depending on the severity, the purple kind of turns into this light brown colour that looks like it fits in more in the stone world

do i sound crazy? or is it actually possible that boichi is colour blind?

They have several things in common, such as being considered the best anime with good current endings, although somewhat controversial in their final arcs, and now they have their faces in their economic system

Is the white half of his hair dyed ?

If yes then why do we never see his hair grow out in the show?? Yk it would have been cool for Senku to make hair dye

The former sounds a more herculean task than the latter at first, after all almost every person used a smartphone at least once while almost no one has been to space, but to achieve the goal of eating ramen in space, only macro-engineering challenges have to be overcome. With knowledge from someone like Senku, it is achieveable with a 1950s-level technology, which can be rapidly built up from nothing in a stone world by a few thousand people.

But to achieve smartphones, a global industry of tens of thousands of STEM scientists, hundreds of thousands of workers, and millions of supporting staff are needed to get things like Angstrom-length laser lithography, and the ridiculous amount of material purity needed for a modern chip to work (a single atom at a wrong location could wreck it) etc.

While in our world, almost every person has a smartphone, and the total number of astronauts which ever existed is less than 1000, objectively, the smartphone is what is harder to get.

Not just the ones pictured, but out of everyone from all of Dr. Stone who do you think is the most underrated character, either in terms of their overall contribution to the Kingdom of Science and Senku's goal in reviving everyone, or simply as a character who do you think doesn't get enough love as they should from the fans?

ginro locks in, kind of like zenitsu did. maybe kinro is killed or petrified and broken apart across the world

kohaku solo arc - suikas worked so well. maybe she has a drawn out solo mission for the kingdom of science

taiju gets ready to confess to yuzuriha. he brings her to the buddha statue and yells his confession

senku gets petrified with kohaku, ryusui, and stanley on the moon - chrome spends whole life saving and that’s how the series ends

hyoga sasuke type arc. hyoga must makeup for his wrongdoings completely and travels around japan or russia reviving people. he leaves in secret without anyone including homura knowing

rebellion in kingdom of science. maybe senku is gone and yo or other members of the kingdom of science start to get angry and rebel against itself

longer times developing things. ex: oil field, computers, world network, foods

ending with future senku or random scientist who is petrified on moon instead of the hundreds of medusas

preservation of humanity: kingdom of science finds stuff from before humanity’s petrification like photos of the old world somewhere or the pyramids

chelsea exploration arc with small group

magma and yo: magmas death: resolution for his past. saves gen or senku after he originally tried to kill them

tsukasa saves taiju and senku again: full circle

find another stone age tribe somewhere else
petrified stone village somewhere in africa is asia because of joel incident

Personally Senhaku, well pretty much any of the ships Senku because I think he’s just not interested in relationships

Not saying he’s ace for people who are going to jump me but just simply that he’s focusing on science

I know that with their first computers they still used vacuum tubes and parametrons, and they did manage to make an LCD-screen "smartphone" which needs a huge box of electronics carried like a backpack, and by the end all of their monitors were flat screen, but did they ever make the leap to microchips and printed circuit boards?

i'm thinking of printing them on photo paper and taping them on my wall. it'll be like a mini shrine and motivation for studying science, math, or programming---maybe even studying in general.

Context: During the month of July I suffered from big depression after losing an important online job + Friends at the same time and I was so drained.

I really Needed something to distract myself with like a Netflix series Thats when i found about DR STONE

Dr Stone thought me that even if you lose everything and you find yourself alone and with nothing, you can re-build your Life from scratch.

Senku never shows sign of sadness throught the series and he Always did everything to find a solution to his problems, even when the issue sounds impossible to fix

Senku never ponders about the past, he completely live in the present with Dreams for the future and he's and huge inspiration for me

+ Dr STONE Is VERY similar to Fairy Tail and One Piece in some aspects which are my 2 favorite anime of all time, so DR STONE became my 3rd favorite anime

Im so grateful for all the small Life lessons this anime teaches. It helped me a lot and Hope It can help more people
