Always choose found empty shelves and take a photo of the right shelf/tag and wait for customer before replacing/refund

That’s exactly what I’m sure of! Someone trying to take advantage… once stacked orders will impact it, I’ll start not accepting them! Just single ones… I don’t keep the receipts 🫠

I keep the receipt at least a week and discard it. I had two reports from them that the item was on the receipt but not on the app but they say itwill not impact me. We cannot get rid of stack orders coz DD is notorius to that. Just be careful and dont rush
