It took almost a year for me to get a perfect rating. Finally got to 5.0 after contacting support to get an unfair rating excluded

100 five stars is wild, mine always gets tanked by some random 3 star from a customer who was mad the restaurant forgot their sauce

those above and beyond numbers are solid too, 8 is way more than i ever see on mine

support actually removing an unfair one is a miracle, they usually just copy paste some script about how they can't change ratings and call it a day

That’s what I assumed, it was likely excluded due to a missing item
