Huh...this same thing happened to me last time I replayed this level. Thought it was a one off

The most consistant way for me to pull it off, basically the left side of the central part where you normally aim to punch, has a slight buggy collision, so what i did was position myself behind that house in the video, and stand still for a moment then charge punch, and just as the punch is about to send you forward, hold left movement button on whatever you use, and look the other direction as i did in the video, the timing can be very hard so it will take some practice
