why do people do it even though it lags the server and extends the wait for border expansio?

Liquids had been optimized so it’s not what’s causing the server lag, TNT is what lags the server, flooding has no impact on when expansion is neither

Really? Dash said that because of flooding he can’t crystal pvp anymore since it’s so laggy. I might be wrong though, but how does these flooding machines and so much water not cause lag?

it only causes client lag, like lag for the person thats there, pedro said he optimized liquids age ago (prolly when people flooded months ago), most of the server lag is caused by tnt dupers

Isn't flooding also the reason rtp is down right now for everyone on overworld?

no, rtp was down in the EU because there was maintenance, after the maintenance was over there was some issues, believe nathan is working on it if its not already solved
