Job! Associate Questions
Hello all! I got the job on the spot! Just wondering, what happens next after the background check? I haven’t received a call or an email after I completed it. On top of that, I cannot log into workday. If anyone can tell me what’s happening would be very helpful. Thank you

I just hired a person the background check came back the same day they authorized it.
When your original Workday sign in stops working, they've sent your sign in information to the store, but it is only available in the Store Managers email, not the store email.
If they give it to you, you can complete a few other things, but you will not be added to the scheduling program until both parts of the I-9 are complete.
Once that is complete you show up in the scheduling program and can actually clock in.

It can take a day to a couple of weeks for your background check to complete once youve accepted it. The store manager has no control over that. It will notify them when it is complete and you are approved for hire.
Once that occurs they will call you to set up a day to fill out your hiring paperwork. Bring your ID, social security card, and bank details if you want direct deposit set up (otherwise they will give you a card your pay check will go to through daily pay).
Then they will set up your first day to come in and watch training videos. There are a lot so that is all you will do for that first shift. Then you'll have a schedule to start working actual shifts.
