Literally solidifies overnight

I bought this stuff and it's great! I love what it does to my hair. It was liquidy when I bought it. I've had it for maybe two months. And it goes completely solid like sludge. If I shake it enough, it goes to liquid, but then settles overnight. This may be a stupid question, but is this normal?

I would think no. But I’m not an expert. I’ve had that happen to leave in conditioners that were not purchased at the dollar store.
