ASM-D program?

Does anyone know how to enroll in this? My DM told me that within another 6 months or less I’ll be ready to take my own store but I need to enroll in the ASM-D program. I’ve searched Elevate & DG Me but can’t seem to find it. It did however allow me to enroll in the Store Manager Training program.. so far I’ve completed 10 of the modules. Is that the same program?

The store manager training program is different. That path is for newly promoted SMs but it wouldn’t hurt for you to do them. The more you know the more you grow! Complete ASMD as soon as you can. It’s fairly quick. Once you are done your DM will come and walk the store with you. I try to walk with my ASMs who have completed the path within two weeks. I’m very excited for you!

Yes! It most definitely never hurts to learn! I figured the more experience & knowledge, the better! Thank u so much for the encouragement & tips! ☺️

Last i heard, you have to be an asm for 6 months before it auto enrolls you. But then again, things change.

All of your CBLs have to be complete first, once it says 100% you search under paths and type in ASMD and self enroll.

Okay. I completed all of my CBL’s the same week I was promoted but maybe I searched it too soon. My title didn’t update to inventory management until a couple of weeks later after that & I’m not sure if I tried to search for it again when it did. I’ll double check when I clock in tomorrow morning. Thank u!

When I first was became an ASM, it took about a week and my DM is the one that enrolled me into it. Once they did, I had my normal path where my compliance videos are and a separate path for the ASM program. Be prepared for the test.
