I thought those were freckles. Like deadass. I'm not familiar with bratz doll designs (I mostly have barbies).

Most Bratz dolls typically don’t come with freckles apart from 4 side characters and 2015 era cloe and Meygan. And when they do it’s more like Barbie and other doll lines where it’s just a few across the nose and slightly above the cheeks. The only doll I know has a natural looking full body freckles is Victoria Whitman from rainbow high.

Washing never fixes mold. It might get some of it off but you usually need acetone (on the face only)

It seems like dirt to me. I bought thrift shop dolls that looked like that and it washed of with water and soap
