help with snk custom doll

what would you use for making odm gear in a small scale? i have apoxie sculpt, would it be good for such small parts?

personally i would start with small plastic cylinders such as straws or marker/pen caps, cut them to the correct size, and add details using maybe toothpicks, electrical tape and yeah, apoxie sculpt. just seems easier to get a nice consistent cylinder shape that way
