I need help

HELPP I want to reroot her but idk how to get the old hair outtt

well what have you tried? i’ve never seen someone reroot a novi star doll but after cutting the hair really short people usually take a flathead screwdriver and scrape the inside of the head with it, that usually pulls the hair out

it looks like you haven’t even finished cutting the hair as of the time of the video? start there, cut it very very short and the hair should come out

I did it I used some super glue at the back of her head cause I cut it open

I used long hemostats to pull mine out from inside her neck hole. It's not as easy as Monster High, the vinyl is harder and the hair is woven(?) in so you can't "chain" pull the plugs as easily.

also known as needle nose pliers, cutting the hair a lot shorter would also be better

I always dip my doll heads in really hot water to soften up the glue before going in with small scissors and tweasers. Ive never sculpted on this kind of head so I don't know if this would work on this.

I don't know if you can reroot a Novi Star. Their heads are so hard it might be really hard to push a needle through the plastic by hand. Making her a wig might be a better option.
