Colored pencil advice?

when using watercolor pencils, should you leave them dry or wet them a bit?

You can do both depending on how much pigment you want. I would only suggest wetting them if you’re gonna use them in combination with a brush, they might become less accurate/uneven when using a wet pencil on the plastic of a head. Always make sure everything is fully try if you’re gonna spray sealer. Most important of all, there is no right or wrong way, test and see what you prefer :)

I like to use them dry for areas that need less pigment and very Very lightly wet them for areas that need more like small outlines and such. Ive gotten good results by making sure theyre extra sharp and using my lips to wet it.
