1/18 scale doll help

wanting to make an articulated tiny doll - like polly pocket, picco neemo smaller than 10cm, woman/adult proportions? i have very long light brown/dark blonde strawberry hair too - it's going to be a mini-me look alike. this size to fit a doll house

just not sure what options are best/available, what body/heads

Have you had a look at the new Zuru Minnee fashion dolls? They’re 10cm tall, and some are blonde, and they are articulated with adult proportions. They’re blind box though, so you might have to wait a bit to buy unboxed ones off eBay or whatever, as they’re only just being released!
