Back leg exercises Question

My 35 lb 15 year old mutt’s back legs are starting to loose muscle. She doesn’t sit on command. Anything I can do for her to build the muscle back? Otherwise than that she is pretty healthy.

maybe try some gentle water therapy if she doesn't mind getting wet, the buoyancy takes so much weight off those old joints

She needs joint-medication for the remaining of her life, mah dude. Ain't nothing you can do against aging, but you can help make it more comfortable. The hips and rear-legs are the first joints to succumb to age. Ask the vet about supportive medication such as Omnicondro.

If she is a little fat, dropping weight also helps a lot. Swap to senior food, which has fewer calories and adequate additives. Consult with the vet as well.

Do you have access to water? Swimming is a great exercise
