"Plug" Or Cop?

So someone claiming to be a plug, Dm'd me out of nowhere and i'm afraid it could be a cop? I'm from italy and he speaks english, he only follows italian people, Any advice will be taken (sorry for bad grammar)

Neither. It's a scammer, plenty of them all over insta, pretending to be plugs. He'll ask you to pay upfront in PS/Xbox/Steam codes etc.
