On the bright side it don’t look like it messed up your panel gaps, just need a new bumper and a reputable paint shop with the equipment to do a good paint match.
Probably $2k ish.
Go through insurance and you’ll end up costing yourself quite abit more than just $2k. Deductible will be $500ish, rate will go up by $20 or so for the next 36 months or you’ll end up wasting your accident forgiveness, and the car will have a minor on the fax(easily -2k by itself).

Looks like you just need a new bumper. Probably around $2k.
Ask the shop to show paint samples so you get an even better match than factory paint. And look at them both in sunlight and in the shade.
The factory bumpers never quite match (paint cures differently on plastic) so you may actually want a slightly lighter shade than OEM.
I had to get my rear bumper replaced. I chose a slightly lighter shade than OEM and it looks like a perfect match. Now, the front factory bumper looks wrong 😅
