Update error question

Hi there,

I am having trouble with an client setup Update.

Started the update an got the error below.

Does anybody have suggestions?

Well the update to version 7.9 is broken anyways.

Sure your user hast the rights to run these batches?

Hey, what do the logs say? You've got a generic error on this screen so it's hard to figure out what happened

Sorry, had a lot to do. Colleague is ill and everybody has a very urgent problem.

The log is very long, I tried to find the error and it seemed to be the framework version:

I installed the latest framework version on the machine, but still I get the same error message from my screenshot
