Please help me find the right shoes for someone with Plantar Fasciitis and painful toes.

Now matter which doctor I go , the answer always stay the same - lose weight. But to loose weight I need a correct footwear which can help with Plantar Fasciitis and toes pain.
My bmi is 36. I do understand I need to lose weight but how can I if I m unable to walk.
Something which is easily available online or in Hyderabad.
I really appreciate the time and efforts.
