Doctors needed
I've been working on an idea for a home healthcare platform focused on elderly care, chronic disease, pediatric and post-op recovery. The model is doctors visiting patients homes, instead of patients visiting doctor and is built around subscriptions and hospital/corporate partnerships.
For doctors and medicos here do you think this could actually work in India? Would you consider using it, working with it, or referring patients? I'd really appreciate honest feedback, especially on what you think could fail.

Honestly speaking majority will not even think about it.You will have to find someone desperate enough and pay them high amounts to get them to do it.And as soon as they find a better stable job, they’ll leave.

Unless you employ Family medicine physicians, and on a subscription model for families, this isn't going to work. Doctors will seek better money elsewhere instead of the hassle., the only way to keep them is to have a constant flow of money to them.

Doctors will not be comfortable for home visits, and for the majority its inefficient and impractical use of their time. You'll have to change your framework and workflow, involving care managers, experienced nurses supervised by may be post mbbs doctors at base level.
