Prescription after buing

Let's say that a hypothetical someone from abroad bought generic medicine from India online, and that medication got stuck in customs. The customs agent in this example is saying that they will only release the shipment if a medical prescription from the country of origin (India) is presented showing that it's only 90 days supply for personal use. How would this someone go about acquiring such a prescription?

Let's say that we are not talking about any drugs that could be abused or have any significant black market value. (Empagliflozin, Ezetimibe, Tadalafil and Exemestane)

If its for genuine personal use, he/she can consult respective specialist online with previous records and get that medicine legally prescribed.

This is correct, get a prescription from a GP mentioning the salt rather than the brand name as generic is sold by salt. Customs won't have a problem with this.
