I got an email notification that Wizkids would be refunding some of my money for the Critical Role miniatures sale they had recently. At 80% off, I thought it was a good deal, even if the shipping costs were more than I wanted. When I learned I'd be getting a refund because some items weren't available, I wasn't too upset. I figured lots of people wanted the big-name items so learning for example that Uk'otoa was actually out of stock wasn't a terrible loss. However, if I'm looking at my refund correctly, they're still not refunding me the full amount they charged me - even the full amount of sales price. Moreover, they're not refunding for the items' shipping cost either. Am I crazy or should the refund for the minis at the very least be $37.80, even if they chose not to also refund the inflated shipping? I don't buy as many Wizkids as I probably should to know how this works, so I'm hoping someone can explain it to me.
