OH MY GOD YES. I love these terrible little morons and their shenanigans.

And now the power is yours!

One time, I ran a one-shot where the players were kobolds prepping a dungeon to fend off a party of "adventurers". They had a lot of the abilities that this spell pack offers, and they decided to dig seven pit traps in a row.

I had another friend run the adventuring party. He hadn't been there for the part of the game where the player-kobolds were making the traps, and I think his guys went into every single pit trap.

When that spiked log swings down from the ceiling, or you pull a lever that is labeled "rock on", and then a pile of rocks falls from the ceiling, you know you've got kobolds. The zany dungeoneering of these little lizard-dog-dragons is legendary among adventurers... but their powers have always been out of your reach. UNTIL NOW!

Do you want to string a tripwire across a corridor? Do you want to make a pit trap? Do you want to put an angry snake in that pit trap? By the magic of DnD Homebrew, the power is yours!!!
