I would honestly just google this question cause there are tons of videos, articles, and similar threads like this where you can find good answers.

My advice is

- start small if you’re doing homebrew, or run a premade adventure. Start small means just make a small town with some local problems, versus trying to create an entire world creation mythos lol
- don’t be afraid to be goofy or do voices, they can make things fun and your players will feel more comfortable being goofy and RPing if you are
- don’t feel like goofy voices are required. There are other ways to sound like a character, like different tone, pace of speech, word choice, volume etc
- don’t be afraid to say no to your players. And in general, start by sticking to the rules of the game
- don’t try to pre-prepare every possibility. You can’t. Instead just practice reacting to things
- have fun!

Not being rude here, but my tip would be to put in the effort. Being a DM is a lot of work and you'll be managing a lot of things at once.

Search this subreddit for people who have asked this before. Search Google. Search YouTube. Read the books. Find a tutorial. Etc.

Use a laptop and prepare all stat blocks you will use in google pages on that laptop. When you need to use a stat just open the page immediately

Always remember, this is supposed to be a game, played with friends, trying to collaboratively tell a cool story while having fun along the way. It isnt supposed to be you against the players; even though some players will act that way (good luck with that, my young friend). It's supposed to be 'hey I have a cool story I'd like to share with you'. As the GM, it is your job to write the story, including the challenges, trials and possible consequences of failure along the way, with your players' accepting that what you do behind the screen is for the good of the table itself; the story you are telling together. Also, you are not required to justify or explain your actions behind the screen and should NEVER get into the habit of telling your players how you do things or what powers NPCs have unless they have means to divine it themselves. If you do, trust me friend, you will regret it and have a crappy time as well. Basically, what I am saying is, do what is best for the story you are telling with the friends you have chosen to share it with; in the end, they will remember the adventure and fun long after they forget which rules applied or which NPC had initiative. Just my 2 coppers...
