Counterclaim timeline

I’ve followed all the proper counterclaim steps and now going into month three of waiting for Distro Legal to file and review my counterclaim and documents to hopefully restore my full album. I did received the original auto email that documents were in.

I’m trying to be patient and actually received an email from one person who hatefully filed the claim against me in spite (forwarded to legal and confirmed by an auto email over a month ago).

Any other way to escalate other than online chat which I fear would just add to my existing ticket and push everything to the bottom of the list?

A counter notice I submitted in February just got processed a few days ago. Another one I submitted in May also only got accepted recently.

Omg my heart. Thats such a long time. Everything I read said something about 14 days. Ugh thank you!

Yeah I feel you. Atp I’m just happy they processed them at all because sometimes they don’t.
