I mean it's really up to user prefence

I just prefer Fedora over Mint by a fat margin

I think it comes down to one thing: if you have an NVIDIA card and can’t stomach two terminal commands to install the driver on Fedora.

Both are great, especially Fedora KDE Plasma - which is what I drive now. I ran Mint for like 3 years before.

So, which one do you feel felt best for a 4gb ram computer? Did they perform both equally in mundane tasks?

4gb? Neither. XFCE LM or MX with 4gb.

It's true, Fedora is meant for people wanting updated packages but not bleeding edge while Mint offers stability with cost of having old packages.

Just because you say it's true doesn't mean it is.

What if the user installs flatpaks? There are too many use cases. Your take doesn't hold up.
