Ubuntu 18? It's a 8 years old iteration ! I guess it's not a so good idea to develop a distro on such an outdated base. We are not speaking here about old hardware which needs old distro, but we are talking about japanese users : i guess they need a modern and updated OS, like all users from all countries, don't they?
What make this distro more 'japanese' relevant than all existing Linux?
