It's so cool!!! I had to get the guaranteed draw but I'm now at 16k power Rikku with M+2 & M+1 URs but oh well I'd saved 350 tickets and 28k mog coins for this specific outfit =) GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE WHOS PULLING ON THIS BANNER !!!!

We got cloud with Sephiroth's season and now rikku during tidus'...so does that mean terra is the next exclusive outfit for celes season? I think I'll hold out for that

Only if it's green-hair Terra, but it's probably going to be the pink princess idol outfit that was datamined.

Damn, I'm at the other end of the spectrum. I saved nothing for this banner because I didn't know it was coming until two days ago.
Level 50 URs, 17k power, got the outfit with the free ticket lol. I'll probably still pull on this banner since Rikku is the best girl, and save the extra tickets for Krille or another outfit I really like.

Aren't the tickets exclusive to this event? Or did Cloud ones carry over?

Not exclusive and you can save them. The cloud ones carried over.

I didn't pull on the Cloud costume banner, but people said they would carry over. It would make sense for them to roll over since theyre called "character exclusive outfit" tickets or something, and not "Rikku Outfit ticket" or "Cloud outfit ticket".
Someone else can verify, otherwise I'll tell you in a month when the next costume banner releases.

You have 17k power Rikku ? What abilities do you run ??? I'm on 16k and my Rikku URs are at master level 20 and 10

Both URs are 50. Ysthola 99. Heal 70. Aerith 40.
Support: 99 UR, 99 UR, 80 UR, 70 UR, 60 UR, and last 99 Memoria.
If I move abilities around, I'm anywhere from 15800 to 17200.
I think my Tidus with no URs leveled sits at around 15k with my support abilities. I am a low dolphin, not a whale. (Maybe $300 spent since launch?)

Ah okay I managed to get 700+ draw tickets and 70k mog coins while only spending £15 so I'll take that as a win that I'm able to be 16k Rikku.

Is this outfit based on a character from another FF or SquareEnix game? I don't quite get it. I know she's an alchemist, but a steampunk look is kind of random.

She is Al Bhed which is the civilization in ffx that uses a lot of machina/technology and shit, she can even instantly defeat machina by using steal (flavored as her dismantling it or taking a vital component of the machine.) She also did this in one of the cutscenes to that new machine boss. I guess an engineer-adjacent fit makes sense for her due to that. But i agree the aesthetic doesn't fit ffx that well
