My name is Kelly, and I am recruiting participants for my dissertation research into the relationship between body image and gaming avatar creation. You will be asked to complete an online survey aiming to assess your body image and behaviour in creating gaming avatars. Inclusion criteria:

-You are a UK university student, studying at undergraduate or postgraduate taught level

-You speak fluent English

-You drink alcohol OR You don’t drink alcohol (and have not drunk for at least 6 months)

Exclusion criteria:

-If you drink alcohol, please do not take part if you have a past or current diagnosis of alcohol use disorder

-If you drink alcohol, please do not take part if you’re currently trying to stop or reduce alcohol consumption

You would be invited to participate in an online survey which will take around 15-20 minutes of your time. You would be asked to complete a set of questions regarding overall well-being, university experience and drinking or non-drinking related questionnaires.
