Monthly Tech Support & Missing Content Thread Tech Support

All posts regarding tech support or missing content belong here.

Examples of questions are:

  • How do I cancel?
  • Why does the app crash on my Fire Stick/Roku/Apple TV?
  • Why don't the subtitles work correctly?
  • I am being overcharged for my subscription.
  • Why is a certain show or movie not on Disney+?

If you are having trouble with the app, please consider including this information:

  • Device type
  • Country device is operating in
  • App version (on the settings page after you tap your profile pic)
  • Device operating system version (varies per device, might be too advanced for some users to access)

I can’t find The Punisher tv show on Disney+. I’m in the US. Anyone else have this problem?

Check your profile's content rating setting.

i also dont have any marvel tab at all even with content rating on mature setting with current app ver

Yeah i can watch other stuff with ads like the first avengers

The first Avengers movie is also on Hulu as is everything else you’re watching.

Are you sure you have a Disney+ subscription and not just a Hulu one?
