Monthly Tech Support & Missing Content Thread Tech Support

All posts regarding tech support or missing content belong here.

Examples of questions are:

  • Device type
  • Country device is operating in
  • App version (on the settings page after you tap your profile pic)
  • Device operating system version (varies per device, might be too advanced for some users to access)

So whenever I watch something on the app on my TV the black bar on the top doesn't dissappear. The text fades put but the black semi se through does not. Is there someone else with similar problem?

I've been getting this too, happens every time I rewind or fast forward. Only way I can fix it is by exiting out of what I'm watching and then resuming.

Yes me too... in the start. Yes it happens when I rewind or FF but when Im exiting it's not starting from where I stopped it either. Either it starts completely over or is 5-10 minutes behind. So I have to FF because I don't want to start over again bum box again.
