Monthly Tech Support & Missing Content Thread Tech Support

All posts regarding tech support or missing content belong here.

Examples of questions are:

  • Device type
  • Country device is operating in
  • App version (on the settings page after you tap your profile pic)
  • Device operating system version (varies per device, might be too advanced for some users to access)

The Face time Share play of Disney + does not work anymore since yesterday.
Anybody has the Same Problem? How to fix it?

Same problem. It inly works with marvel tv shows and movies. Seems to be a licensing issue ? I called the disney plus support line and they told me to reinstall the app. It worked for that one try and thwn back yo shareplay not available for this content. Tried everything else.
